过去一年,徐淙祥代表的足迹覆盖了皖北主要的大豆、小麦、玉米产区,重点调研了"生态食材如何转 化为高端品牌"以及"大食物观下的粮油产业升级"。 全国人大代表徐淙祥今年已73岁了,作为安徽省阜阳市太和县国家农业科技创新基地党支部书记、种粮 大户,他的大半人生都在和土地打交道。几十年来,他潜心钻研农业科学技术,带领乡亲们多种粮,种 好粮,牵头成立现代农业种植专业合作社,建立农作物绿色高效试验示范田,不断探索适应黄淮地区的 新品种、新技术,屡屡创下小麦、玉米、大豆的安徽省单产纪录。 过去一年,徐淙祥代表把重心放在了生态粮油的标准化生产上,不仅在自家示范基地应用最新科研成 果,还通过"种粮大户协会"这一载体,将精准的耕种模型输出给周边农户。他牵头的"大户带小户"模式 已覆盖太和县30万亩耕地,带动2.3万户农民户均年增收超2000元。 徐淙祥代表实地指导农户如何通过科学减施肥药、增加有机质配比来提升大豆品质。在他的推动下,太 和县部分区域实现了大豆、小麦全程绿色防控覆盖,带动农户亩均增收超200元。 2025年,徐淙祥代表参与建设的淙祥农事服务中心在太和县旧县镇张槐村正式投用。该中心配备60余台 (套)农机具,采用"共 ...
