云南网讯(记者 朱海)2月11日,以"惠享云南·乐购新春"为主题的"我在云南过大年"乐购新春活动暨昆 明市有奖发票试点启动仪式在昆明滇池国家旅游度假区公园1903举行。 活动还对鲜花、蓝莓、云南菜和印度洋海鲜等特色消费品进行专题推介。商户代表作诚信经营承诺,承 诺规范经营、明码标价、保障品质,共同营造安全、放心、舒心的节日消费环境。活动集中发布全省新 春促消费政策、重点活动和消费指南,有效对接节日消费需求。 启动仪式上,昆明市商务局介绍"购在中国·乐购春城"2026年新春消费季整体安排,推出昆明市新春美 食地图,发布有奖发票试点的参与方式和覆盖领域。昆明市是全国有奖发票试点城市之一,围绕住宿餐 饮、商超百货、旅游景区、文艺演出、体育健身、美容康养等重点消费领域,消费者单笔消费满100元 并上传发票,即有机会获得最高800元奖金。 省商务厅系统发布"乐购新春"全省促消费政策和重点活动安排。除昆明市外,其余15个州(市)同步开 展有奖发票促消费活动,消费者单笔消费满50元即可参与抽奖,最高可获30元消费券;聚焦汽车、家 电、数码产品等重点领域,统筹用好国家以旧换新政策和省级配套资金,通过财政补贴、企业让利、金 融 ...
