早在2023年全国两会期间,湖南代表团就以全团名义提交《关于支持湖南能源建设的建议》,建议加 大"宁电入湘""疆电入湘"工程支持力度,为湖南高质量发展提供更好能源支撑。当年6月,"宁电入 湘"工程正式开工。 经过两年建设,今年6月底,"宁电入湘"工程试运行。据当地媒体报道,整个度夏期间,该工程保持300 万千瓦以上高功率运行,平均输送功率接近湖南全省最高负荷的10%。待工程整体投产后,额定最大送 电能力达到800万千瓦,每年可向湖南输送电量360亿至400亿千瓦时。 湖南的用电量有多大?《湖南省能源发展报告2025》显示,2024年湖南全社会用电量为2374亿千瓦时, 同比增长4.3%。放到全国来看,湖南总量排全国第18名。2024年末,湖南省常住人口为6539万人,换 算下来,人均用电3628度。 从供给侧来看,外来电是湖南省除火电外的第二大支撑电源。2024年,湖南从外净购入电量539亿千瓦 时,占全社会用电量的22.7%。随着"宁电入湘"工程投产,湖南外来电占比将接近30%。 8月20日上午,"宁电入湘"工程全面投产。"宁电入湘"工程是中国首条获批的以输送"沙戈荒"风电光伏 大基地新能源为主的特高压输电 ...
