山东首次“车网互动”居民V2G桩集群放电在淄博完成

齐鲁晚报·齐鲁壹点记者 王瑞超 实习生 李文慧 通讯员 王斌 远德亮 9月26日,在山东省淄博市桓台县橡树玫瑰园小区,国网淄博供电公司成功开展"居民V2G桩集群放电场景验证"。这是 山东省首次实现居民新能源车通过V2G充电桩集群化参与应急供电,探索出一条居民参与社区电力保障的新路径。 在模拟台风导致居民小区故障停电实战演练中,供电人员启动UPS储能电源,激活地下车库7台居民V2G充电桩。智慧 能源管理平台向授权车辆发出指令,7辆新能源车快速响应同步放电,为消防风机、应急照明等关键负荷提供电力, 社区应急设施恢复正常运转。 验证过程中,7台居民V2G充电桩峰值输出功率49千瓦,成功驱动小区18.5千瓦消防风机及16千瓦应急照明等保安负 荷。为保证应急供电连续性,场景验证还配置了30千瓦/60千瓦时储能系统,为放电功率与用电负荷提供稳压调节和动 态平衡。 "智慧能源管理平台监测数据显示,整个放电过程电压、电流非常稳定,验证达到预期目标。"国网淄博供电公司营销 部相关负责人介绍,此次验证重点完成了三项检验:充电桩与智慧能源管理平台"通信指令"畅通有效,所有授权充电 桩均能统一"听懂"指挥;居民新能源车作为移动储能单 ...
