中经记者路炳阳北京报道 到2030年,全国铁路营业里程将达到18万公里左右,其中高铁6万公里左右。中国国家铁路集团有限公 司(以下简称"国铁集团")近日确定了"十五五"时期铁路工作目标任务。 据《中国经营报》记者统计,中国高铁自2008年起步以来,至2013年突破1万公里,用了5年时间;此后 里程迅速增长,2016年突破2万公里,2019年达到3万公里,都只用了3年时间;至2021年达到4万公里, 用时仅2年,是目前为止增速最高峰;"十四五"时期高铁建设开始放缓,突破5万公里用了4年时间。 如果按当前国铁集团计划,到2030年高铁营业里程达到6万公里需要5年时间,这比上一个"万公里"节奏 多了一年时间。 从铁路固定资产投资上,亦可看出铁路建设进入减速阶段。2025年全国铁路固定资产投资破9000亿元, 达到9015亿元,同比增长6%,创下投资历史新高,不过从更长的时间维度看,投资走势更加清晰。 "十二五"至"十四五"的3个五年计划期间,铁路固定资产投资分别为3.58亿元、3.99亿元和3.98亿元。可 以看到,至目前为止铁路投资最高峰出现在"十三五"期间,"十四五"铁路投资实际上已经开始减少。 上述国铁集团人 ...
