网约时常难成功、坐轮椅上车顶着头,预约一辆无障碍车咋这么难?

在北京,打一辆出租车或网约车,就是动动手指的事,各平台都能实现"秒级"响应,但要想约到一辆方便轮椅进 出的无障碍出租车、网约车,可就难了。近日,记者对无障碍出租车相关情况进行调查后发现,北京市范围内的 京B牌照无障碍巡游出租车已全部下线,无障碍网约车不仅费用高,还很难预约。 事实上,有无障碍出租车、网约车使用需求的不只是残障人士,还有许多行动不便的老人。然而,当下无障碍网 约车存在着车辆属性定位不清晰、缺乏行业相关规范、发展规模与市场需求不匹配、服务水平有待提升、企业运 营积极性不高等问题。记者了解到,目前,国家标准《出租汽车无障碍运营服务规范》正在制定中,预计将于 2026年发布,北京市也在推进无障碍网约车更新换代工作。 无障碍巡游出租车去哪儿了?
