今年的政府工作报告中提出,要大力提振消费、提高投资效益,全方位扩大国内需求。如何推动"非遗 +旅游",进一步提升文旅消费市场活力,笔者认为可以从以下三个方面着手。一是推动跨界融合与链 条延伸,构建"非遗+旅游"产业生态。在横向跨界融合上,深度拓展"非遗+"多元业态,积极推动"非遗 +教育""非遗+康养""非遗+演艺""非遗+文创"的深度融合,构建复合型消费场景。在产业的纵向延伸方 面,强化以非遗为核心的上下游贯通。以荣昌卤鹅为例,可以从上游"生态养殖农场"到中游生产加工过 程中的"非遗技艺研究院+现代食品产业园",再到下游"一店一非遗"的构建,形成完整产业链。通过横 向融合与纵向延伸的双向发力,推动"非遗+旅游"实现从单一经营模式向多元共生的产业生态的转型升 级。二是强化科技赋能,为"非遗+旅游"消费带来新体验。这方面的工作,主要是要充分利用数字技 术,以"虚实结合、古今对话"的创新方式,推动"非遗+旅游"体验从平面化、单一感官化向立体化、多 感官交互化的体验模式转型。三是深度整合各类资源,打造非遗消费新空间和新场景。在空间维度上, 可以将非遗元素融入特色民宿、城市公共空间和乡村生活空间,让非遗贴近大众日常生 ...
