在2025世界机器人大会的江淮前沿技术协同创新中心展区内,一台结构精巧的绳驱机器人正在流畅地完 成抓取、传递等一系列精细动作,吸引众多观众驻足观看。这是由江淮前沿技术协同创新中心自主研发 的全省首款绳驱S1机器人,其独特的驱动方式和精巧设计,标志着我省在具身智能领域取得重要突 破。据了解,绳驱S1机器人全身共46个自由度,配备激光雷达、毫米波雷达、深度相机、视触觉传感 器与六维力传感器等多种传感设备,可实现多维度场景与交互感知。区别于常见的刚性臂机器人,S1 机器人采用的是7个自由度的绳驱臂。通过在电机与关节之间增加绳索进行传动,利用绳索自身的柔性 震动消减冲击力,使得末端接触力呈现递减的趋势。(安徽日报) ...
