习近平总书记强调:"科技创新、科学普及是实现创新发展的两翼,要把科学普及放在与科 技创新同等重要的位置"。 数字化浪潮席卷全球的今天,科普正以更加生动多元的形式融入公众生活。广大科普工作者 或深入一线,或在网络上通过短视频、直播等形式开展科普活动。通过多形态、接地气的讲 解展示,让专业科学知识变得通俗易懂,生动有趣。正逢首个全国科普月,我们邀请了五位 科普工作者,请他们讲述自己的科普故事。 "恐龙"院士 在孩子心中种下科学的种子 从上世纪90年代写科普文章算起,我做科普工作已经几十年了。我的感受是,做科普重要的是传递科学 家精神,让科学家成为人们心中的榜样。 中国是世界上发现恐龙物种最多的国家,是个"恐龙大国"。我是研究恐龙的,讲恐龙故事时,会介绍现 在的鸟类是怎样从恐龙演化来的,怎么寻找化石,从化石中能发现什么。也会讲到有哪些有意思的科学 争论,不同科学家怎样对同一个发现做出不同解读。 我讲过这样一个事情。著名的三叠中国龙,是我们学科创始人杨钟健院士命名的,但这种恐龙后来被发 现其实生活在侏罗纪早期,"三叠中国龙"这一名称并不准确。这说明,再伟大的科学家也有可能犯错, 但这并不影响杨先生的学科开拓者和奠基人 ...

中国海洋大学“灯塔·逐浪”科学家精神主题展开幕
日前,"灯塔·逐浪——文圣常的海浪科学人生"科学家精神主题展在中国海洋大学青岛西海岸校区开幕。本次展览由山东省科学技术协会、中国海洋大 学联合主办。 主题展分为"光山少年""逐梦向海""耕海踏浪""精神灯塔"4个部分,通过图片、文献、实物、音视频等500多件科技史料及大量互动类科普展品,介绍了 文圣常崇德守朴、奖掖后学、浩海求索、丹心报国的动人事迹,全面展示了文圣常对我国海洋科教事业的不懈追求、卓著成就和无私奉献。主题展览中融入 沉浸式舞台剧《爱如潮水》,以"展剧融合"的方式,带给观众耳目一新的观展体验。 据悉,该展览于5月22日在山东省科技馆举行了首展,展出约100天,接待观众9.4万余人次。9月,该展览巡回至中国海洋大学展出,预计持续3个月。 文圣常是我国海浪研究的开拓者和物理海洋学的奠基人之一、中国科学院院士。文圣常作为我国海浪研究的先行者,自20世纪50年代投身海浪研究。他 从国家战略需求出发,打破了西方对海浪预报核心算法的垄断,推动中国海浪预报模式从"经验预报"跨入"数值预报"时代,并最终广泛应用于海洋灾害预 警、海洋工程与资源开发、海上交通等方面,为我国海洋科教事业作出了卓越贡献。 ...

8时,在上海交通大学钱学森图书馆,商讨"为国铸剑:钱学森与中国航天事业"专题展览的展品安排;9 时,接受媒体视频采访,寄语青少年……钱学森之子、上海交通大学钱学森图书馆馆长钱永刚77岁了, 每天的工作还安排得满满当当。 9月3日,钱永刚与其他"两弹一星"元勋后人代表一起,现场参加了纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西 斯战争胜利80周年大会。"对于阅兵式上展示的各种装备,我感到十分震撼。"钱永刚说,"父亲一定会 对国家的发展感到欣慰。" 当年,中国第一代航天科技人员队伍中,仅钱学森一人见过导弹。此后10多年时间,中国人自力更生研 制出"两弹一星"。更为宝贵的是,国家有了一支能够持续打造"国之重器"的科研队伍,一套能有效动员 各种资源开展科研攻关的科研管理体制,一种为国奉献的科学家精神。它们代代相传,才有了中国航天 事业的稳步前行,有了阅兵仪式上震慑敌人、激发民族自豪的"东风""鹰击""巨浪"。 钱学森身后留下了十分丰富的资料,有学术论文、著作、书信、便笺等。近些年,钱永刚一直在为整理 父亲留下的各种资料、传扬他的精神而忙碌:建起了钱学森图书馆,出版了一系列书籍,在国内118所 学校办起了"钱学森班",拍摄电视剧, ...
