职教改革再升级 新亮点是什么
近日,教育部《关于深化职业教育教学关键要素改革的意见》(以下简称《意见》)发布后,青岛职业 技术学院院长邢广陆将其列入了中层干部学习的核心议程。 "我们第一时间就安排了学习。"她对中青报·中青网记者说。在她看来,这份文件聚焦的,都是"当下职 业教育最核心的问题"。 《意见》部署的五大任务,一是动态调整专业设置;二是科学设计课程组合,部署制订新建课程、升级 改造课程清单和内容;三是优化教材呈现形式;四是细化教师能力清单,健全教师与企业人才"双向流 动"机制,强化教师数字素养等;五是建设产教融合实习实训基地。《意见》还从四个方面推动完善改 革机制:一是全面推进高技能人才集群培养计划,二是建立"三组长"牵头的组织机制,三是构建教学关 键要素联动改革机制,四是健全企业技术资源开放与转化机制。 教育部职业教育与成人教育司负责人阐述了总体目标,即"到2027年,建成职业教育专业、课程、教 材、教师、实习实训先进标准体系和教学改革新范式;到2035年,建立具有中国特色的职业教育实践模 式",并强调改革须遵循"需求牵引、集群推进、联动改革、标准引领"的原则。 依据《意见》,职业院校应动态调整专业设置要聚焦高技能人才培养目标, ...
