5月13日,有消息称,淘宝已上线"高退款人群屏蔽"功能,服饰商家可在自定义推广页面设置屏蔽人群,既可以完全屏蔽高退款人群和异常退款人群,不再触 达,也可以对退款率较高人群减少曝光。 对此,淘宝工作人员对证券时报记者表示:情况属实。记者注意到,高退款率人群屏蔽等功能目前仅针对天猫、淘宝服饰商家开放,不支持其他行业的商家申请。 服饰商家可完全屏蔽异常退款人群 淘宝面向服饰类商家已启动"高退款人群屏蔽"功能。通过设置,商家可以100%完全屏蔽异常退款人群和高退款人群。其中,异常退款人群是指存在退货空包、谎称 未收到货、退货运单造假等异常退款行为的人群。高退款人群即近90天退款率超过淘系用户均值3倍且退货量大的人群。 此外,商家还可以通过设置,对退款率较高人群减少曝光,从而降低触达概率。据介绍,这项功能开启后,将综合考虑消费者成交意愿和退款率表现,决定是否触 达该消费者,既能降低负面影响,也可以减少"一刀切"。 值得注意的是,商家开启屏蔽后,退款率会有所下降,但整体曝光量、点击率、成交订单数等可能会同步减少。 在电商领域,服饰一直是退款率居高不下的板块之一。36氪研究院《中国直播电商行业研究报告》显示,女装退货率一般 ...
