本报讯 近日,巴中市自然资源和规划局开展"欢迎回家·'证'好到家"集中颁证活动,为佛阳新邨小 区首批94名购房群众现场颁发不动产权证书。同时,巴中采取市县(区)一体、城乡同步开展的 方式,在8个城镇住宅项目和6个村集中颁发不动产权证书2545本。 佛阳新邨项目于2016年交付使用,但因原开发企业破产、二期未实施等历史遗留问题,群众入住 后长期无法办理不动产权属证书。2025年,巴中市自然资源和规划局采取解除协议、指定主体、 规划分割、证缴分离等组合措施,成功化解遗留问题并完成项目首次登记,为小区480户居民打通 了分户登记的办理路径。 去年以来,巴中市积极化解不动产登记前段环节历史遗留问题,截至目前,已有146个疑难项目完 成不动产首次登记,累计开展颁证活动36场次,现场颁证和送证上门6500余本。 ...
