我省积极开发林业碳汇产品,打造碳汇交易应用场景 如今,临高县开展的"林业碳汇惠农综合服务"项目,收集、核算和开发县域内国有的、村集体的红 树林碳汇,已建成覆盖全县15个村集体,约2.6万人的"碳库",涉及红树林约5174亩。不仅是临高县, 海南热带雨林国家公园首个碳汇产品吊罗山金钟藤修复项目、澄迈红树林碳汇产品也已上架交易平台, 并在持续产生交易。 森林作为陆地生态系统主体,具有强大的碳汇功能和作用,成为实现"双碳"目标的重要路径,也是 目前最为经济、安全、有效的固碳增汇手段之一。近年来,我省林业部门制定印发《海南省推进林业碳 汇工作方案》,积极开展林业碳汇本底调查和动态监测,探索生态产品价值实现机制,推动林业碳汇交 易。 点林成金的第一步,是要先测算出一株树木、一片林子能够有多少固碳量。为此,我省林业技术部 门积极参与森林方法学研究与实践探索。省林科院相关负责人介绍,该院结合热带森林特色和红树林、 热带雨林生态修复保护场景,着手编制了一批碳汇方法学,通过建立规范的碳汇方法学,量化全省林业 模式的减排固碳效果,形成可复制、可推广的海南林业减排固碳计量评估方法。此举将进一步推动海南 林业碳汇产品的开发与交易。 ...
