铁路部门提示,旅客朋友可自主选择购买新增"静音车厢"服务的动车组列车车票,通过铁路12306(含 网站、客户端)及自动售票机购票时可勾选"请优先为我分配'静音车厢'"选项,系统将优先分配静音车 厢席位。 "静音车厢"实行"主动遵守、共同维护、适度干预"原则,旅客可自主选乘。提供"静音车厢"服务的列车 在铁路12306购票界面上标注"静"字,旅客购票时须同意静音约定,方可购买"静音车厢"车票。静音约 定包括:一是在"静音车厢"内须保持安静,动作轻柔避免产生噪声;二是将手机等电子设备调至静音或 振动状态;三是在接打电话或相互交谈时离开"静音车厢";四是在使用电子设备时佩戴耳机或关闭音源 外放功能;五是携带儿童出行的旅客照看好孩子,避免喧哗、哭闹。旅客发生违反静音约定的行为时, 列车工作人员将及时采用适当方式进行友好提醒、引导和劝阻,维护安静、舒适的乘车环境。 本报讯(记者胡子傲)记者从国铁集团获悉,自2月1日起,"静音车厢"服务将拓展至除动卧列车之外 的"D"字头、"G"字头动力分散动车组列车,届时全国铁路提供"静音车厢"服务的列车将增至超8000 列。 国铁集团客运中心相关负责人介绍,"静音车厢"是指通过调整列 ...
