大暑:湿热交蒸,消暑祛湿(节气与健康)
更多精彩扫码观看 本报北京电(朱彩霞)今年7月22日是大暑节气,这是二十四节气中的第十二个节气,也是夏季的最后 一个节气,标志着一年中最热时段的到来。首都医科大学附属北京中医医院男科主任医师王旭昀介 绍,"暑"的意思是炎热,大暑为"炎热之极",民间说"小暑大暑,上蒸下煮",此时阳光猛烈、高温高湿 交织,"湿热交蒸"达到顶峰,养生关键在于消暑热、祛脾湿。 "饮食上,宜清淡健脾。"王旭昀介绍,大暑时节,体力消耗大,肠胃消化功能较弱,饮食宜以清淡、易 消化为原则,多吃富含维生素和蛋白质的食物,可适当多食用新鲜蔬菜水果,少吃肥腻、辛辣、煎炸食 物。如长期在室外工作,注意及时补充水分,体质寒的人应以热饮或温水为主。夏季易伤津耗气,此时 适宜用药粥养津益气,可以选择绿豆、百合、薏米、赤小豆等煮制的药粥,这些食材具有补气清暑、健 脾养胃的功效。此外,苦瓜、苦菜、苦荞麦等苦味食物能清热健脾,适当食用可预防湿热引发的皮肤疾 病。 运动与情志调节也很重要。王旭昀提醒,户外运动应避开正午高温时段,选择早上或傍晚在阴凉处进 行,如太极拳、慢跑等和缓项目,避免出汗过多耗气伤津,运动后可饮用温开水或适量补充含电解质的 饮品(如淡盐水)。 ...
