汽车行业从100多年前的手工装配到引入生产线、引入自动化,技术红利使得成本不断下降,但厂家与 行业并不能维持超额利润。在竞争中,汽车价格不断下降,甚至还有厂家破产。很大程度上,行业技术 提升带来的红利被分配给了消费者。 当经营者通过大数据"杀熟"获得了更多利润时,在激烈的竞争之下,经营者有动机扩大市场份额,就会 以利润补贴,用低价吸引另一部分消费者。比如前不久的外卖大战,阿里和美团都付出了真金白银,消 费者也获得了福利。 不过,获得补贴是有隐形门槛的,那就是需要消费者花时间去找各种优惠券。平台就是通过这类方式, 把价格敏感型的消费者筛选出来,用在对价格不敏感的消费者那里赚到的更高利润补贴他们。 比如,以前一件商品,厂商不能分别定价,按平均100元的价格卖,现在,厂商可以为一些人定出120元 的价格。与此同时,为了扩大份额,打击竞争对手,厂家也会以80元的价格卖给另一些人。只有80元预 算的人,原本并不在交易范围内,这种方式扩大了整个市场的规模。 所以,在一个充分竞争的市场,大数据"杀熟"的好处,最终是给到了那些对价格敏感的消费者,并由此 扩大了市场总体规模。所以,某种程度上,大数据"杀熟"其实是一种市场化的" ...
