暑期针对学生诈骗高发,谨防落入层层陷阱
暑期一些学生及家长还遭遇机票退改诈骗。诈骗分子非法获取受害者购票信息后,冒充航空公司客服, 以飞机故障、航班延迟为由,主动提出退款、理赔或改签服务,诱导受害者点击链接进而实施诈骗。因 能准确说出当事人姓名、身份证号码、购买航班的有关信息,容易骗取当事人信任。随后谎称"航班因 故障或天气原因延误或取消",需要受害人改签或退票,并提出给予赔偿金或"可退赔保险费""协助申请 延误补偿"等,进而实施诈骗。诈骗分子以"转账激活账户""转账确保理赔通道畅通""缴纳手续费"等为 由,要求事主向指定账户转账,通过这些带有屏幕共享、远程控制等功能的涉诈APP或软件,套取受害 人银行卡账户、密码、验证码,将事主卡内资金全部转出。 此外,还有教育机构退费诈骗。诈骗分子伪造"某某培训机构"等官方文件,以快递信函、群发短信或社 交平台私信等方式向目标群体发送"退费公告"。在社交群、聊天界面安排同伙发布"已收到退款"的虚假 截图和聊天记录,编造"多人成功退费"信息,吸引当事人,并以"办理退费需下载官方APP""绑定银行 卡验证身份""充值小额资金激活账户"等为由,引导受害者进入虚假平台进行诈骗。 暑假,一些学生用手机刷视频、打游戏,而此 ...
