本报讯 (记者 郭靓) 12月25日,青海省卫生健康委传来消息,我省扎实推进食品安全与营养健康工 作,群众"舌尖上的安全"保障能力持续提升,营养健康保障体系逐步完善。目前,我省每万人配备1.37 名营养指导员,超额完成《健康青海行动(2020—2030年)实施方案》目标要求,配备率居全国前列。 营养健康促进成效突出。我省持续深化国民营养计划与合理膳食专项行动,建成专业化营养指导员队 伍,为各类机构、社区和家庭等普及营养健康知识、提供均衡营养指导。连续五年举办全民营养周系列 活动,开展营养知识"五进"活动和学生校园餐专项整治工作,守护校园学生营养健康。编制印发《青海 省农牧区中小学生膳食营养指导手册》《青海省营养健康食堂建设指南 青海省居民膳食营养指导手 册》,作为基层营养健康宣传指导用书之一,获得广泛好评。 食品安全风险防控扎实有效。实施覆盖全域的食品安全风险监测与食源性疾病监测方案,切实做好食品 安全全链条监管工作。食品安全标准建设稳步推进。完成《食品安全地方标准 茶卡盐》《食品安全地 方标准 牦牛生乳》修订发布,面向基层市场监管部门举办标准宣贯和跟踪评价培训。组织开展标准跟 踪评价工作,收集社会各界对食品 ...
