新华财经西安8月27日电(记者李唐宁刘旭阳)8月27日,工业和信息化部信息通信发展司副司长孙姬 在"新型工业化媒体调研行"陕西站座谈会上介绍,我国建成5G基站459.8万个,千兆网络能力端口超过 3053万个。新建铁塔共享率达85%。 她表示,近年来我国推动新型信息基础设施建设,主要表现在四个"升级"上。 二是向算网融合、高效敏捷升级。算力基础设施建设有序推进,智能算力规模快速增长,算力资源布局 持续优化,全国一体化算力网络体系加快构建。截至2025年6月底,我国在用算力中心达1085万标准机 架,智能算力规模达788 EFLOPS(FP16半精度)。网络支撑能力持续增强,指导规划建设高速宽带网 络,实现了国家枢纽间传输时延不超过20 ms,集群到周边主要城市传输时延不超过5 ms,区域内算力 节点间时延不超过1 ms。 三是向资源共享、绿色节能升级。新建铁塔共享率达85%,新建5G基站中有95%以上是利用存量站址资 源改造实现的,相当于少建通信铁塔120万座,节约土地6.8万亩;开展5G异网漫游全国商用推广,有效 减少重复投资,提升5G网络整体效能。 四是向城乡一体、内外畅联升级。农村网络方面,得益于电信普 ...
