图为闾山隧道建设现场。 身着防护装备,记者一行循着施工通道,缓步踏入已经初步完工的隧道区域。抬眼望去,四周洞壁早已不见开凿时的坑坑洼洼,取而代之的是在层层钢 制骨架的支撑与混凝土衬砌的浇筑下,呈现的平整光滑质感。 "隧道施工是一个循环过程。通俗来说,就是挖一段、支一段、衬一段,然后再继续这个过程。"连鸿胜解释。挖,即隧道开挖,依照设计方案在原始洞 壁上开凿隧道雏形;支,是指初期支护,核心是架设钢制骨架对开挖后的洞壁进行及时支撑,稳住围岩结构,若是遇到岩质松软、稳定性差的区域,还需同 步浇筑仰拱,形成环向封闭的支护体系;衬,则是二次衬砌,在初期支护的基础上,用混凝土对隧道内壁进行整体浇筑再次加固,让混凝土与钢骨架、围岩 紧密结合,最终形成坚固耐久的隧道主体结构,确保隧道长期安全稳定。 "目前,闾山隧道进出口同时施工,累计完成开挖初支1484米、仰拱1340米、二衬1124米,各作业面推进顺利。"连鸿胜说,后续将全力推进左右线同步 掘进,强化开挖与支护的衔接,同步开展二次衬砌及洞内照明、通风等配套设施预埋工作。 "预计2027年7月闾山隧道实现贯通,未来东北入关将新添一条便捷的大通道,大伙儿出行更顺、往来也将更密 ...
