作为2023年深圳市建筑工务署智能建造第一批试点项目,南方科技大学医学院项目将智能建造理念刻入 建设基因,通过系统推进、策划研发,聚焦智能生产、智能施工、产业互联、智能设备、智慧运维等全 过程,构建覆盖项目全链条的智能建造体系,践行了绿色建造与智能建造的深度融合。 9月18日,2025年深圳市住建系统"质量月" 观摩交流会在南方科技大学医学院项目拉开帷幕。 本次观摩交流会紧扣"加强全面质量管理,促进质量强国建设"主题,设置党建引领、装配式结构+机 电、无人机、精装、产业工人培训学校、精细化管理、防水、固废利用、质量检测、质量通病、机器人 展区11个展区及智能建造展厅,全方位展示项目的先进管理经验和成熟施工工艺,为深圳市建设工程质 量安全及智慧管理提供范例。本次项目现场观摩为期2天,首日观摩人数近300人,预计总人数达500 人。 观摩现场,项目独立打造的智能建造管理平台和引进的新型建筑机器设备成为焦点。项目级管理平台以 智慧工地、BIM 技术及生产管理系统为基础,构建数字化管理环境,开展 BIM 应用与信息集成可视 化,结合工务署 "五个百分百""四队一制" 等管理手段,经各业务板块数据全流程流通,形成数据驱 ...
