(来源:湖州日报) 目前市场上销售的绝大多数都是包装饮用水,根据来源和成分的不同,大概可以分为3类。一是饮用天 然矿泉水。这类水源自地下深处,因其受地质层保护,相对不容易受到污染,水中含有一定量矿物质和 微量元素。二是饮用纯净水。以公共供水系统(自来水)为源水,通过蒸馏、离子交换、反渗透等工艺 获得,水里几乎不含矿物质和溶解性固体。三是其他类饮用水。这一类可进一步细分为饮用天然泉水、 饮用天然水和其他饮用水。其中饮用天然泉水来自地表浅层水源,经过加工保留了自身的矿物质;饮用 天然水是不添加化学添加物的天然水,只经过必要的过滤和消毒;其他饮用水通常是指经适当加工,并 合法添加食品添加剂(如矿物质)的水。 通过对比不同产品的标签信息可以发现,不同种类的瓶装水,其矿物质含量存在明显差异,这也是为什 么许多人觉得矿泉水的口感更好、更加醇厚、略带甘甜,这与其中所含溶解性总固体含量更高有关。在 实际选购中要注意,包装上写明"矿泉水"并标明"水源地"的,就是真矿泉水。也可以检查包装上的执行 标准(GB 8537),看营养成分中矿物质成分,根据自己的实际需要作出合适的选择。 记者 邱瑭 整理 转自:湖州日报 市面上的瓶装水琳 ...
