特斯拉计划调整第三代Dojo芯片供应链 三星与英特尔或将参与其中

来源:环球网 【环球网科技综合报道】8月8日消息,据外媒透露,特斯拉正考虑对其第三代自研人工智能ASIC芯片 Dojo 3的供应链进行全面调整。据悉,该芯片的前端先进制程制造或将由三星晶圆代工负责,后端先进 封装则计划交由英特尔代工。 资料显示,特斯拉的Dojo 1芯片采用7nm先进制程和InFO-SoW大面积先进封装技术,完全由台积电代工 生产。而其第二代产品Dojo 2,预计将于年内由台积电实现量产。 此前,马斯克曾表示,计划将AI6与Dojo 3统一到一个架构中,即不再开发独立的Dojo 3,而是复用AI6 的ASIC Die并扩展到更大规模。另有消息称,三星电子美国泰勒晶圆厂将为AI6芯片提供2nm制程代 工,预计也将为Dojo 3提供支持;英特尔则将采用基于EMIB的先进封装技术连接多个芯片模块。(纯 钧) ...
