自1951年研制出V1型钒催化剂,70余年来,南化研究院持续推进科技创新,研发的NWS湿法制酸专用 催化剂,具有流程简单、硫回收率高、能效高、不产生废水等优点,已在国内外30余家厂家应用,并被 列入中国石化内部优势产品目录。下一步,南化院将开展整炉催化剂替换,推动国产催化剂在更多大规 模工程上应用。 中化新网讯 截至8月20日,南化公司研究院自主研发的NWS湿法制酸钒催化剂在广东宏瑞30万吨/年湿 法制酸资源综合利用项目已连续稳定运行78天。数据显示,其打破了进口催化剂在超大规模装置上的技 术垄断,为后续国产化推广奠定了基础。 5月28日,广东宏瑞30万吨/年湿法制酸资源综合利用项目在惠州大亚湾投料开车成功。该项目年产33万 吨硫酸,是目前全球已投产规模最大的WSA(湿法制酸)装置,其核心反应区采用了南化院自主研发的 NWS系列钒催化剂。试车过程中,南化院技术团队全程做好技术服务,有效解决了原料气氮氧化物骤 增引发的联锁反应以及开车时催化剂床层温升异常等问题,保障了催化剂稳定运行与装置顺利投产。 ...
