长沙晚报掌上长沙4月3日讯(全媒体记者 孙占锋)墙面、梁柱、吊顶无需装饰,均以原始混凝土肌理示人,你敢 想象这是一栋研创办公大楼的样子吗?但是,位于长沙经开区的山河智能总部大楼,却凭借清水混凝土的现代工 业风格,成为中国首个装配式清水混凝土建筑鲁班奖项目,也是绿色建造、数字建造、智能建造、装配式建造的 典型代表。4月2日,记者随市住建局一行探访了这座极具特色的建筑作品。 从细节看"素颜"的底气:控制误差2毫米以内 走进大楼内部,记者看到,这栋已投入使用近5年的建筑依然科技感十足。其预制内隔墙与清水混凝土梁柱自然衔 接,表面光滑,色泽均匀。顶部的各种管线整齐排布,弯弯转转犹如艺术品一般。 山河智能总部大楼项目总承包单位湖南东方红建设集团有限公司总经理郑智洪介绍,之所以如此美观,是因为建 设过程中所有预制构件均采用定制化不锈钢模具和自密实混凝土,通过同一原材料、同一配合比、同一批工人、 同一振捣方式、同一养护标准"五同一"标准,确保每一块墙板、每一根梁柱的平整度误差控制在2毫米以内。 "传统建筑需要贴瓷砖、刷涂料,而这里的混凝土本身就是装饰。"郑智洪表示,清水混凝土的"素颜"并非简单裸 露,而是通过智能设计与精准 ...
