山东实现生育医疗费省内异地就医直接结算 异地生娃报销不用“来回跑”

为解决异地就医"垫资多、跑腿烦"的问题,省医保局重点推进三项异地结算工作,分别是生育医疗 费省内异地就医直接结算、定制型商业保险异地结算理赔、省内异地长期护理保险费用联网结算。据 悉,今年7月底前,生育医疗费省内异地就医直接结算已经实现18个统筹区全覆盖,医疗机构覆盖全部 妇幼保健院和有产科的三级综合医院,并全面实现县域全覆盖。截至9月底,开通异地联网医疗机构376 家,联网结算1174人次,垫付659.73万元。 此外,我省积极推动医保资源向基层下沉,让群众在家门口就能享受到优质便捷的医药服务。李博 介绍,省医保局不断推动集采药品进基层活动提质扩面,加强对基层工作的指导和调度,鼓励更多定点 药店、村卫生室、民营医院参加集采药品进基层活动,切实将质优价宜的集采药品送到群众"家门口"。 截至目前,参加活动单位达到3.3万家,较2024年底增加4435家。 为优化医保经办服务,我省持续深化医保领域"高效办成一件事",全省16市已全面实现门诊费用报 销、住院费用报销、门诊慢特病病种待遇认定等27项医保经办政务服务"市域通办",即27个医保经办政 务服务事项全部实现市域范围内县(市、区)医保经办窗口无差别通办,群众进 ...
