今年是我国博士后制度建立实施的第40年。目前,我国已形成一套具有中国特色的博士后制度体系,累计培养造就了40多万名博士后人才,在招收规模大幅 提升的同时,培养质量显著提高。 近五年来,中央财政累计投入资金125.8亿元,设立日常经费和博士后科学基金。各地省级财政累计投入138.3亿元,设立博士后资助项目,提高博士后资助 标准。 2016年起,我国实施博士后创新人才支持计划,聚焦国家重大战略、战略性高新技术和基础科学前沿领域,择优遴选一批应届或新近毕业的优秀博士从事博 士后研究。博新计划实施10年来,已累计遴选资助4000人。 党的十八大以来,我国博士后年招收人数从2012年的1.2万人增长到2024年的4.2万人,年均增长10.8%。目前全国在站博士后13.5万人,其中理工农医类共计 11.8万人,占比达87.5%。 ...
