当"济南第5、广州第7"的城市排名出炉时,不少人感到困惑:传统一线城市广州为何会落后于济南?这 排名的对比逻辑靠谱吗? 说实话,真不怎么靠谱,它压根就不是济南和广州点对点的公平较量,而是挑着数据说,硬生生造出 了"济南碾压广州"的错觉。 就说宜居得分吧,排名一个劲夸济南宜居,却绝口不提广州的具体分数,广州宜居得分是82.1分,就比 济南低2分啊!这么小的差距,愣是被说得好像济南甩了广州几条街,这不是误导人嘛。 再说说人口那事儿,排名把广州曾经的人口负增长全赖在"生活性价比低"上,这就更离谱了。 2022年广州少了5.8万人,可这里面65%都是疫情闹的短期问题,比如高校延迟返校,学生没回来;跨 境物流停摆,打工人暂时走了。 还有城中村拆迁,居民临时搬了。这些跟城市好不好住、值不值得留,根本没啥关系,结果被当成"年 轻人用脚投票"的证据,反过来衬济南宜居,这道理说不通。 还有个更让人不服气的,排名说广州"产业单一",这纯属没搞懂实际情况,广州的工业门类全得很,41 个大类一个不落,汽车、石化、电子、医药这些产业,还有会展、跨境电商,随便拎一个出来规模都超 千亿,怎么就单一了? 说白了,这排名就是捡着对自己结论有利 ...
