沼液变“废”为“肥”难在哪?

沼液肥的肥力并不是很高,适合"水肥一体化"施用,即使是在休耕的冬季也可喷洒,表层土壤吸附营养 物后,来年翻耕,埋入土中可作为底肥,每年依次循环,可以维持地力。在降雨量相对充沛的春季施用 时,应错开雨天施用,还要优化施用方案,防止液态肥扩散后污染地表水。 解决施用沼液肥碰到的难题,要依靠创新手段,目前兴起的无人机喷洒技术不仅效率高,而且喷洒均 匀,还突破了载荷量瓶颈,推广潜力大。使用无人机喷洒沼液肥,除了农田外,应用场景还可以增加森 林、草场等。因此,相关部门要主动研究新问题,借助先进技术,增加沼液肥的使用场景,将其资源价 值充分发挥出来。 当前,不少地方通过厌氧发酵的方法集中处理畜禽养殖粪污,产生的沼气经提纯后直接销售,沼渣与其 他农业固体废弃物混合发酵产出有机肥,但沼液的处理却成了难题。沼液中含有氮、磷、钾等营养元 素,可以作为液态肥施用,可因为群众认知不同、沼液异味重、农田灌溉体系不配套等问题,很难顺利 还田。 笔者认为,要解决好沼液的问题,需要相关部门切实负起责任。一般来说,沼液主要有两个去向:一是 处理后达标排放,生态环境管理部门要监督到底;二是当做液态肥施用,农业农村部门要具体指导后面 的施用过程。 ...
