综合评价招生改革步入深水区:严控“低分上名校”空间
21世纪经济报道记者王峰 北京报道 一条"低分上名校"的高考特殊类型招生渠道将得到规范。 教育部近日印发《关于做好2026年普通高等学校部分特殊类型招生工作的通知》(下称《通知》),首次对综合评价招生工作进行系统性规范。 综合评价招生已经试点近20年,这种招生形式将考生的统一高考成绩、高中学业水平考试成绩、高校自主测试成绩等按比例合成综合成绩,赋予高校一定的 招生自主权,有利于打破"一考定终身" 。 不过,综合评价招生在定位、程序等方面还有待完善,特别是有些考生出于功利性目的参加综合评价招生,给招生工作带来一定困难。 《通知》提出,现阶段原则上不扩大试点高校范围和招生规模,逐步提高高考文化课成绩占比,严控入围校考的考生规模等。监管更加严格、精细。 专家认为,对综合评价招生进行系统性规范,有利于高校更好录取综合素质优秀的生源。 试点近20年 "综合评价招生是在高考普通批之前录取,我建议考生不要放弃这个机会,给考上名校增加一份保障。" 山东大学本科生余青(化名)告诉21世纪经济报道 记者。她的录取成绩比同专业的高考统考生低了5分。 2007年,中南大学率先试点综合评价招生,依据高考成绩和学校综合测试成绩进行录取。 ...
