湖北升级粮食流通基础设施 “十四五”投入财政资金近15亿

粮食安全是"国之大者"。 湖北省粮食局相关负责人9月16日披露,"十四五"以来,湖北粮食流通市场运行平稳有序,坚持粮食购 销市场化改革的政策取向,让市场对粮食资源配置起决定性作用,通过央地协同运作,维护市场平稳运 行。 据了解,2021年9月,湖北制定出台《湖北省粮食流通发展"十四五"规划》,提出了"粮食储备保障能力 进一步提高、粮食应急体系短板基本补齐、粮食流通基础设施提档升级、粮食产业发展质量明显提 升"四大发展目标,目前已基本实现。 粮食流通方面,收购数量稳,近5年入统企业年均收购量260亿斤左右,离差不超过10亿斤。市场价格 稳,"十四五"期间,粮价总体运行在合理区间,未实质性启动最低收购价收购。 粮食储备物质基础持续夯实。"十四五"期间,湖北超额完成国家下达的地方粮油储备规模下限保底计 划,地方粮油储备数量真实、质量良好、储存安全、管理规范。 粮食应急保障体系日臻完善。全省已建成省市县三级粮食应急储备保障中心79个,共有粮食应急保障主 体3300余家,较2020年增加700多家,其中省级粮食应急保障企业238家,7家企业被评为国家级粮食应 急保障企业,"布局合理、平急结合、运转高效、保障有力"的全省 ...
