Group 1: Cross-Border Data Cooperation - On July 17, Hong Kong Cyberport signed a memorandum of cooperation with Guangzhou Data Exchange and China Unicom International to promote a collaboration model of "mainland incubation, Hong Kong implementation," bringing mature data application scenarios and enterprises from the mainland to Hong Kong [3]. - The cooperation covers areas such as financial risk control, healthcare, cross-border trade, and low-altitude economy, providing technical platforms and compliance support to help enterprises expand into local and overseas markets [3]. - The Hong Kong government has been actively promoting cross-border data flow security in the Greater Bay Area, signing a memorandum with the National Internet Information Office in 2023 to facilitate data movement [3].
