2024年我国4059家高校院所成果转化合同金额达2269.1亿元

记者9月22日在2025浦江创新论坛上获悉,2024年,我国4059家高校院所以转让、许可、作价投资、技 术开发、咨询、服务6种方式转化科技成果的总合同金额为2269.1亿元,比上一年增长约10%;总合同 项数为66.1万项,转化金额和项数总体呈上升趋势。 高校院所与企业产学研合作逐步深入。截至2024年底,1329家高校院所与企业共建研发机构、转移机构 和转化服务平台,占高校院所填报总数的32.7%,共建机构和平台的数量达到19772家。这些机构和平 台不断吸纳聚合各方资源,助力科技成果转移转化,在促进科技成果供需有效对接方面,发挥了重要作 用。 依据促进科技成果转化法、实施促进科技成果转化法若干规定要求,国家设立的研究开发机构、高等院 校应当提交科技成果转化情况年度报告。在科技部和财政部的指导下,中国科技评估与成果管理研究 会、科技部科技评估中心联合中国科学技术信息研究所自2018年起每年持续发布《中国科技成果转化年 度报告》,对全国高校院所科技成果转化情况进行分析研究。(记者温竞华、董雪) 上述信息来自科技部科技评估中心在论坛上发布的《中国科技成果转化年度报告2025》。报告显示,面 对新一轮科技革命和 ...
