文|《 BUG 》栏目 张奥 近日,有网友发文称,西贝北京石景山万达店更换了门头,餐厅 Logo 从之前的红白配色改成了白绿配色,"莜面村"改成了"我从草原 来"。 西贝北京石景山万达店向《 BUG 》栏目表示:"情况属实, Logo 的确进行了更换,换成了新的。" 即便国庆后,《 BUG 》栏目随机问询了西贝的北京多家门店,也均表示,"用餐高峰期不需要排队,基本有位置。" 可喜的是,有消费者表示,近期西贝的服务变好了不少,客人到店员工会主动送上茶水,送瓜子、零食、粥等供客人免费享用。 有用户低价"薅羊毛" 对于更换 Logo 的具体原因,以及是否未来会普及到全国范围内,西贝创始人、董事长贾国龙独家回应称:"这只是一个小范围的尝试, 不会普及到全国门店。也许未来在中心城市会有一两家店铺使用这个新标语(和 Logo ),就像星巴克有黑标店、工厂店一样。" 此前,西贝还曾大量发放代金券,衍生出了倒卖及"薅羊毛"情况。贾国龙表示:"我觉得也正常,最开始做这个(活动)的时候也没想 到。但这些消费者来了,我们很欢迎。"他还表示:"这些消费者都很善良,我们也相当于请客。请客就要大大方方的,既然来了,来的都 是客,我们还是 ...
