海南日报讯(海南日报全媒体记者 袁宇)为全面了解《海南自由贸易港游艇产业促进条例》(以下简 称《条例》)实施情况、推动法规有效实施,根据省人大常委会2025年监督工作计划安排,近日,省人 大常委会执法检查组在相关市县开展了《条例》实施情况执法检查。 省人大常委会开展《海南自由贸易港游艇产业促进条例》执法检查 促进游艇产业健康有序发展 部分省人大常委会委员、省人大代表,省直相关单位业务负责人参加执法检查。相关市县人大常委 会和政府部门有关负责人参加有关活动。 执法检查由省人大财经委、省人大常委会预算工委负责组织和实施。检查组先后赴海口、三亚等市 县,实地调研游艇产业发展、游艇企业经营、游艇码头建设等情况,通过召开座谈会听取省直和市县有 关部门对《条例》实施情况的汇报和游艇协会、游艇企业的意见建议,向有关企业和业内专家深入了解 情况,摸清影响《条例》实施的制约因素和主要问题。 检查组要求,政府和相关部门要坚持以高水平法治服务保障高质量发展,推动《条例》全面深入实 施,切实将政策红利转化为发展实效。一是要坚持规划引领,完善码头、公共服务平台等基础设施,强 化产业发展支撑;二是要优化营商环境,聚焦"零关税"政策优化、 ...
