近日,江西省工业和信息化厅等5部门公布了《江西省制造业中试创新发展实施方案》,加快布局建设 一批支撑全省制造业高质量发展的中试平台。 方案设置了未来三年中试平台发展目标:2025年建立省级制造业中试平台储备库,在重点领域培育储备 50个制造业中试平台。到2026年,建成10家左右服省级制造业中试平台,其中2-3家达到国内行业标杆 水平。到2027年,实现中试服务能力对全省重点制造业领域全覆盖 ,争创5家左右国家级制造业中试平 台。 方案明确要求提升六种关键中试服务能力,构建覆盖科技成果转化全链条的服务体系。新产品生产验证 确保新产品能从试制顺利过渡到批量生产;生产工艺参数优化聚焦寻找最优生产参数,提升产品质量与 效率;技术研发转化孵化为实验室科技成果提供技术熟化、验证 、孵化和商业化一站式服务;小批量 试生产可满足市场推广、客户送样等前期试产需求;仪器设备共享,降低企业研发成本;设备应用验证 为首台套装备、新软件提供真实场景测试。 江西省将拿出真金白银支持中试平台建设。对由企业牵头建设的省级中试平台,重点支持其中试能力提 升,对新投入使用的中试设备给予不超过设备总价30%的资金支持,单次最高不超过200万元。 ...
