广西新增地理标志产品155个

10月19日,记者从自治区市场监管局获悉,国家知识产权局日前依据《地理标志产品保护办法》发 布公告,对1409个产品予以地理标志产品认定并实施保护,核准8937家经营主体使用地理标志专用标 志。本次广西获得认定并实施保护地理标志产品155个,数量排名居全国第三;获得核准使用地理标志 专用标志经营主体675家,数量排名全国第六。 广西155个获得认定并实施保护的地理标志产品中,既有名果、名茶,如灵山荔枝、南宁火龙果、 融安金桔、百色芒果、西山茶、桂林桂花茶、覃塘毛尖茶,也有地方特色禽畜、水产产品,如钦州海鸭 蛋、钦州大蚝、全州禾花鱼、陆川猪,还有粮油、蔬菜产品,如南丹长角辣椒、东兰墨米、金田淮山 等。 其中,广西荔浦芋、恭城月柿、富川脐橙、大新苦丁茶4个地理标志产品,实现获核准使用地理标 志专用标志经营主体"零的突破";融安金桔成功将"脆蜜金桔"品种纳入保护范围,实现了保护品种碎片 化向全品类的转变。 截至目前,广西拥有地理标志产品已达244个,涵盖水果、茶叶、粮油、畜禽、水产、中药材等多 个优势特色品类。(刘冬莲 费充) ...
