(来源:中国改革报) 一是平台赋能,推动产业集聚发展。海南实施"陆海空"科技创新战略,组建海南省深海技术创新中心, 设立深海技术产业促进专项,打造深海技术装备检测试验海陆公共服务平台,营造深海科技创新生态 圈,促进深海装备产业集聚。 二是创新驱动,扩大技术供给能力。深海技术创新中心整合三亚崖州湾科技城软硬件资源,联合优势技 术力量开展深海装备产品化和产业化攻关,共引导17项国家科技项目溢出技术成果落地海南,支撑企业 建成11个深海装备研制运维基地。 三是共享支撑,加强共性技术服务。建设深海技术装备综合试验与检测中心,累计提供检验检测服务 421次,完成1607件各类深海关键设备及小型部件检测任务。建设深海技术装备海试与应用共享航次平 台,累计组织10个共享航次,实施28项航次任务,为62家企事业单位提供深海装备和部件海试验证服 务,降低海试成本。 四是产研融合,打造融合发展生态。坚持引育并举,加速汇聚深海力量、培育深海产业,构建以"联合 实验室研发—产促专项支持—重大项目落地"为主要手段、覆盖"技术—产品—产业"全链条的深海产业 促进体系,累计引育入驻深海科技企业38家。 转自:中国改革报 海南三亚崖州湾科技 ...
