广东深入开展“夏季送清凉”专项救助行动 入汛以来实施临时救助2.4万余人次
入夏以来,广东高温暴雨并存,天气复杂多变。为保障流浪乞讨等临时遇困人员的人身安全和基本生 活,6月19日全省部署启动"夏季送清凉"专项救助行动以来,各级民政部门和救助管理机构加大街面巡 查救助和关爱服务力度。 据不完全统计,专项救助行动开展以来,全省共开展街面巡查1.97万余次,出动街面巡查救助车辆2.97 万余车次,派出工作人员7.37万余人次,救助街面流浪乞讨人员1.24万余人次,发放纯净水、藿香正气 水、雨衣等物资1.8万余件。今年入汛以来,全省实施临时救助2.4万余人次,支出资金近0.6亿元。 按照"自愿受助,无偿救助"的原则,对符合条件的临时遇困人员及时予以救助,对暂不愿进站的,留下 求助联系卡并发放矿泉水、食物等物资;通过多点位布局,开展救助政策宣传咨询,鼓励群众提供线 索,凝聚社会合力,对临时遇困人员及时提供救助服务。 各地救助管理机构严格落实24小时值班值守和领导带班制度,畅通24小时救助热线,落实信息报告制 度。同时,加强站内照料服务,提前储备食物、水、日用品及药品等物资,配置电风扇、空调等防暑降 温设备;加强防火防汛巡查和夜间值守管理,筑牢安全防线。 ...
