上海:340个社区巡回审判点实现街镇全覆盖

本报讯(记者 郭燕 通讯员 许赞)为贯彻落实党的二十届四中全会对"完善社会治理体系"作出的部 署要求,推动基层治理体系和治理能力现代化,近日,上海市高级人民法院与上海市委社会工作部联合 召开社区巡回审判赋能基层治理经验交流暨工作推进会。 2024年7月以来,上海高院和市委社工部坚持党建引领、多元共治、导向驱动,开展社区巡回审判 赋能基层治理试点工作。今年6月,双方联合出台《关于深化推进社区巡回审判赋能基层治理的指导意 见》,推动社区巡回审判在街镇全覆盖。 会议提出,要进一步提高政治站位,深刻把握巡回审判在融入基层治理大格局中的重要意义,主动 融入"党委领导、政府负责、社会协同、公众参与、法治保障"的综合治理大格局。进一步聚焦关键环 节,提升巡回审判全覆盖效能,深化与综治中心协同联动,强化数字改革赋能,推动巡回审判赋能基层 社会治理走深走实。进一步延伸司法职能,坚持"办案就是治理"理念,扩大普法宣传作用,持续提升基 层治理法治化水平,实现"审理一案、治理一片"的社会效果。 据悉,试点工作开展以来,上海法院积极打造"示范巡回审判﹢批量化调处""巡回审判﹢就地预防 化解"新模式,推进"审判一件、化解一批、教育一方、 ...
