(来源:市场星报) 星报讯 1月14日上午,记者从安徽省人民政府新闻办公室召开的新闻发布会上获悉,日前,省政府印发 《支持升级创业安徽行动若干措施》(皖政〔2025〕97号,以下简称《若干措施》),是创业安徽行动 政策的2.0版,将系统优化以创业聚人才、兴产业、增动能、促就业生态体系,标志着创业安徽行动的 整体升级。 自2022年启动创业安徽行动以来,安徽创新实行"科创、融创、共创"模式,将创业安徽工作融进全省各 项重点工作之中,全省市场经营主体突破850万户,较2021年增长28%。科技型中小企业数量达到4.2万 家,是2021年的3.7倍,居全国第5位。创建长三角区域公共创业服务联盟;协同共建中国科大科技商学 院等知名平台,培育省级创新创业孵化载体1500余个。打造覆盖企业全生命周期的基金丛林,年均发放 创业担保贷款150亿元。推进高效办成个人创业"一件事",集成13个创业事项,办理耗时由13天减少到3 天。优化省创业服务云平台,惠及创业者60余万人。连续举办四届创业安徽大赛,吸引海内外参赛项目 1.7万个。制作《创业这些事》,打造《创业在安徽》节目,获评国家广电总局2024年度省级卫视品牌 影响力节目。 ...
