当然,让数智技术真正服务于银发经济的发展,仍存在不少亟须克服的挑战。长期以来,养老服务在我 国通常被认为是劳动密集型行业,对老年人的刻板印象、客观存在的数字鸿沟等,导致社会对科技在养 老服务中的效能认识不足。我国专门从事养老科技研发、制造、销售和租赁的市场主体不多,针对老年 人生理特点和生活需要进行研发生产的产品和服务种类相对较少,涉老科技机构和企业"小、散、专", 体系化研发设计能力不足。老龄科技新品和服务往往由于价格高、普适性和用户体验感不够好,而不能 得到广泛使用。养老服务从业人员年龄偏大、技术素养相对不高,在很大程度上也限制了科技产品的推 广应用。 更为突出的是,涉老基础技术大多不在养老领域,老龄科技革命性的创新需要其他基础领域的突破。比 如,不同功能的机器人被应用到不同健康状况老年人的生活、娱乐、照料、疾病管理、身体康复中,对 提高老年人生活质量和促进老年人身心健康起到重要作用,但机器人的物理定位、深度学习算法、视觉 识别、处理传输、规划执行等技术还有待突破。 从地域分布上看,由于数字基础设施、政策支持等原因,不同地区的老年人在消费观念和对新技术的态 度上存在着一定差异。智慧健康养老应用示范基地、示 ...
