“新双高”来了!职业教育再升级

教育部职业教育与成人教育司司长 彭斌柏:我们希望这些学校在供需适配上下功夫,做示范。以国家战略任务为牵引,建设响应快速匹配精准的人才供给 机制,紧贴技术迭代、产业升级和业态变化,推动专业、课程、教材、教师和实习实训这5个关键要素联动改革,进而实现职业教育人才培养的系统性跃 升。 当前,随着制造业的升级转型,我国不仅需要大批的科技创新人才,也需要更多高水平高素质的技能人才。为继续推进这方面战略人才的培养,16日下午, 教育部召开会议推进实施职业教育第二期"双高建设计划",共布局了60所高水平高等职业学校和160个高水平专业群,推动职业教育向"服务好、支撑好"转 型,着力打造技能型高校的"国家队"。 据介绍,第二期"双高建设计划"学校220所,围绕国家级产业集群及各地支柱产业,专业群服务"万亿级""千亿级""百亿级"区域产业的比例分别达26.8%、 43.9%、22.9%;对接国家战略性新兴产业、创新型产业和先进制造业,专业群占比达到77.9%。 第二期"双高建设计划"确立了技能型高校的评价体系,将社会需求匹配、成果成效贡献等纳入其中,全面评估职业学校的育人水平、服务能力和贡献绩效。 教育部职业教育与成人教育司司 ...
