Group 1 - Employees who have worked continuously for more than one year are entitled to paid annual leave [1] - The specific arrangement of annual leave can be concentrated or divided, generally not crossing into the next year, but can be arranged across one year if necessary [2] - If an employer cannot arrange annual leave due to work needs, and the employee agrees, the leave can be waived, with compensation at 300% of the employee's daily wage for unutilized leave [3] Group 2 - Employees with 1 to 10 years of service are entitled to 5 days of annual leave, those with 10 to 20 years are entitled to 10 days, and those with over 20 years are entitled to 15 days [4] - During annual leave, employees should receive the same wage as during normal working periods [5] - Employees on sick leave may still enjoy annual leave unless their sick leave exceeds specified durations [6][5] Group 3 - Nationally mandated leave such as family visit leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, and work-related injury leave do not count towards annual leave [7]
