根据《 12398能源监管热线投诉处理办法》和《12398能源监管热线举报处理办法》要求,现将 2025年 4 月 12398 能源监管 热线 投诉举报处理情况通报如下。 一、投诉情况 (一)投诉接收情况 二是 黑龙江 、 河北 等 部分地区群众反映, 部分 供电企业检修计划执行不严格,欠费停电管理不 规范,故障抢修恢复供电不及时 。 三是 江苏 、 辽宁 等 部分地区群众反映 ,部分 供电企业计量系统运维不到位,终端设备 、收费 系统出现故障,造成部分群众电费异常 。 二、申诉情况 (一)申诉接收情况 2025年 4 月, 12398能源监管热线平台接收投诉 1973 件。从投诉内容看,电力领域 1729 件,新能源领域 244 件。从被投诉对象看,国家电网公司 1511 件,南方电网公司 345 件,内蒙 古电力集团 33 件,其他电力企业 78 件,增量配电企业 6 件。 从投诉类别看, 主要 集中 在用 电报装、 停电抢修、电表计量等方面。 (二)投诉处理情况 能源企业应在 4 月份办结投诉 2145 件,全部在 10个工作日内办结,及时办结率100% 。 4月份 办结投诉 回访满意率 89.64 % ...
