中国质量新闻网讯 为全力保障餐饮饭店食品安全,确保广大消费者放心消费,近日,河北省蔚县市场监督管理局 开展了食品安全"你点我检""你送我检"快检工作。 县市场监督管理局充分发挥食品安全快速检测在食品安全保障和日常监管执法中的技术支撑作用,建立健全食品 快检现场抽样、快速检测、公布结果、执法检查、普法宣传"五位一体"的工作机制。检验人员利用食品安全快速 检测仪和试剂盒现场进行了检测,并公示检测结果。在做好食品快检的同时,给群众讲解食品安全常识,加大现 场执法检查力度,从而有效落实经营者主体责任,降低食品安全风险隐患。 此次食品安全快检活动,现场共检测肉制品、酱菜、蔬菜类及餐饮具消毒4类样品16个,检测项目8批次,检测结 果均合格。发放宣传资料123余份,受理咨询服务15次,让市民零距离见证食品检测全过程,有效引导群众变身成 为食品安全的参与者、见证者和监督者,切实保障人民群众"舌尖上的安全"。(魏滟云) ...
