作为浙江省首个以3×3公里网格为主体的地市级野生动物本底调查,调查聚焦于两栖类、爬行类、 鸟类、兽类四大类群,综合运用红外相机自动监测、样线样点调查、DNA技术、GIS空间分析等多种手 段开展,首次构建了多技术融合的立体化调查监测体系,并建立多维化本底资源数据整合与动态管理机 制,实现了对陆生野生动物的动态监测与科学评估。 据统计,本次调查累计投入调查人员上万人次、调查样线1.3万余条、调查里程达上万公里,布设 红外相机1200余个位点,获取数据超35万条,全面系统掌握了黑麂、中华穿山甲、白颈长尾雉、西湖鸳 鸯等珍稀濒危物种的资源现状,为后续针对性保护工作提供了宝贵资料。 据介绍,本次调查自2021年开始,2025年完成,历时5年,覆盖杭州13个区县(市),是继2005年 之后,又一次全市域的陆生野生动物资源本底调查。通过调查,全面准确地摸清了杭州市陆生野生脊椎 动物资源的"家底",系统掌握了物种组成、分布范围和种群动态,为客观评估生物多样性保护成效和生 态健康状况提供了科学依据,也为自然保护地体系优化、生态保护红线监管、野生动物栖息地保护与修 复等提供了决策参考。 9月15日,杭州市陆生野生动物资源本底调查 ...
