新华社北京7月24日电(记者谢希瑶)商务部新闻发言人何亚东24日在例行新闻发布会上说,国际消费 中心城市培育建设目前正好满4周年,4年来取得积极成效。 2021年7月,国务院批准率先在上海、北京、广州、天津、重庆五个城市,开展国际消费中心城市培育 建设。何亚东说,截至目前,五个城市社零总额占全国比重超过八分之一,国家级示范步行街数量占全 国四分之一,中华老字号数量约占三分之一,消费品进口占全国比重达一半以上,离境退税销售额占全 国比重七成左右。 具体来看,国际消费环境更加友好。特别是今年关于进一步优化离境退税政策扩大入境消费的通知落地 实施以来,北京、上海退税商店总数均超过1400家,广州突破500家,带动上半年全国离境退税销售额 增长94.6%。 城市功能更优活力更强。五个城市对标国际知名城市,加强商业空间规划,打造具有国际影响力的标志 性商圈;聚焦百姓日常消费需求,围绕"一老一小",加快一刻钟便民生活圈建设,让城市消费更有"温 度"。 何亚东说,下一步,将持续深化国际消费中心城市培育建设,营造国际化消费环境,扩大品质化消费供 给,创新多元化消费场景,努力打造商业繁荣、市场兴旺、人民满意的城市。(完) 消费 ...
