中新网杭州9月25日电(记者王逸飞)25日,第四届全球数字贸易博览会在杭州萧山开幕。记者从在博览 会期间举办的第三届专利密集型产品展览专区活动中获悉,目前全国专利密集型产品认定数量达5580 件,覆盖31个省、自治区、直辖市。 专利密集型产品是指主要依靠专利参与市场竞争并具有较强市场竞争优势的产品,其培育推广是推动发 展新质生产力的关键举措。 当日会上,中国专利保护协会副秘书长王文静介绍了全国专利密集型产品备案认定情况。 根据国家专利密集型产品备案认定试点平台数据,截至9月25日,全国专利密集型产品认定数量达5580 件,备案数量181865件。 在培育、推广专利密集型产品,更好服务科技创新与产业创新深度融合方面,浙江是全国的"前沿省 份"。 2023年,浙江获批全国唯一的专利密集型产品培育推广国家试点。近两年,围绕开展专利转化运用专项 行动和推广培育专利密集型产品,浙江以高校院所专利盘活行动、高价值专利培育工程、专利产业化促 进中小企业成长"金种子"计划等一系列举措为支撑,打造了贯通"专利—产品—企业—产业"全链条的专 利密集型产品培育推广体系。 其中,认定量排名前五的地区依次为浙江省、江苏省、山东省、广东 ...
