【深圳商报讯】(首席记者 王海荣)深圳市发展改革委近日发布《深圳市2024年度粮食节约和反食品 浪费工作报告》,精准对接"百千万工程"典型示范村、制定特色菜品地方标准、加快科技攻关等均被重 点提及。 深圳还加强粮食储存流通环节减损保障。做好绿色储粮工作,市级政府储备粮承储企业推广应用准低温 绿色储粮技术。完成宝安粮库(二期)、西部粮库等新库建设。 为遏制餐饮消费环节的浪费,深圳制定印发《深圳市市场监督管理局关于开展制止餐饮浪费专项行动实 施方案》,约谈外卖平台相关负责人,严禁诱导过度点餐行为。组织"光盘行动"志愿服务活动,鼓励酒 店引入智能点餐系统、厨余垃圾监测设备等科技手段,对粮食浪费情况实施精准监测和数据分析,优化 后厨管理流程。 深圳还强化节粮舆论宣传,通过网络、电视、报纸等形式加大宣传引导力度,构建全方位、多层级、差 异化传播格局。 记者从报告中获悉,深圳严格执行星级酒店、绿色饭店等评定标准中有关餐饮浪费、垃圾分类、塑料污 染等方面的要求,全方位提升反食品浪费工作。定期开展校园食品安全三级检查,不定期开展校园食品 安全"飞行检查"。 深圳牵头制定并发布《老年人营养配餐指南》地方标准1项,参与制定特色粤 ...
